Boti Kabab: Pieces of marinated boneless lamb, lightly seasoned with fine Indian herbs

Seekh Kabab: Ground lamb blended with special Indian herbs and cooked on skewers.

Boneless, succulent chicken, marinated in Yogurt, garlic, ginger and very mild Indian herbs
