Mr. Vir Singh owns the Star of India restaurants and the Bombay Grill
restaurant. He brings 20 years of successful restaurant ownership and
management experience to Austin. He has successfully started and
managed 3 restaurants in the Dallas area for 10 years before moving
to Austin where he has been running these restaurants for 10 years.
